By joining the 1:1 coaching program you agree that your doctor has given you the okay to do so and you will not hold us liable for anything. You also agree you are using the program at your own risk. You also understand there is a No Refund Policy For Any & All Payments, No exceptions. 

 

What is a weight loss guarantee? 

 

Upon signing up for one of these lengths of time a weight loss guarantee is as follows: 

 

1. Sign up Month to Month = No weight loss guarantee.

 

2. Sign up for a 3 month experience = No weight loss guarantee.

 

3. Sign up for a 6 Month Experience: you are guaranteed to Lose 15-20lbs or you will be coached for Free, as long as all rules are followed below. At maximum you will receive 3 months coaching for Free totaling 9 months. 6 Paid Months & up to 3 Free Months or until you've lost 15-20lbs. At which time the Free coaching would end once you've lost 15-20lbs or the 3 month grace period has expired. Whatever comes first. 

 

4. Sign up for a 12 Month Experience: you are guaranteed to Lose 50lbs or you will be coached for Free, as long as all rules are followed below. At maximum you will receive 3 months coaching for Free totaling 15 months. 12 Paid Months & up to 3 Free Months or until you've lost 50lbs. At which time the Free coaching would end once you've lost 50lbs or the 3 month grace period has expired. Whatever comes first. 

 

 

What are the rules for a weight loss guarantee? 

 

6 month experience = 15-20lbs lost - must pay in full at time of sign up and fill out and submit the check-in form 2 times per month of your 6 month experience. If requested show screen shots of meal tracking app or photos of meals and workouts completed so we can adjust as necessary for success.  Communicate at least bi-weekly with coach so adjustments can be made for your success. 

 

12 month experience = 50lbs lost - must pay in full at time of sign up and fill out and submit the check-in form 2 times per month of your 12 month experience. If requested show screen shots of meal tracking app or photos of meals and workouts completed so we can adjust as necessary for success. Communicate at least bi-weekly with coach so adjustments can be made for your success.

 

For the 6 month and 12 month experiences: If you don’t meet these requirements it voids your weight loss guarantee. If you do not submit your check-in form at least two times per calendar month this will void your guarantee. 

 

 

There are no refunds on any payments, no exceptions.
