What I love about this 8 Week Challenge is.... You can choose to go to the Gym if you want. Most of the women I train love the gym! I even love going to the gym.

 

Since I work from home it's really my escape outta here.  I go to the gym to do cardio and lift weights with the leg machines because I like to keep my body guessing. I have cardio machines at home and a ton of at home workout videos, but I think it revives me to be able to get around people and get outta the house other than going to the grocery store.  Some of you stay at home mommas know what I'm talking about. :) 

So I wanted to offer you all the same workouts I do at the gym. Plus the support and all the meal plans etc. that I already offer to those who workout at home. Anyone can do these gym workouts. I create workouts that I know my mother would be able to do if she walked into a gym. My mother doesn't go to a gym. So that should tell you... how simple these are. 

If you are living in a country where the at home programs aren't available and you're worried about walking into a gym... DON'T BE! Just remember... "God didn't give us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love and self-discipline."

Also you may be thinking... but I've got a LOT of weight I want to lose. In that case I will work with you personally in our group and get you set up with mastering the cardio routines first then we will move on to the weights. This goes for the at home programs too. I work with each person individually and in a group setting. 

I start by teaching you portion control and then teach you all about Macros and you'll get the same system I use for creating my own Macro Numbers. You will get to create your own numbers and over the weeks we will play with them and see how your body changes. I'll teach you how to add and subtract Proteins, Fats and Carbs to best fit your body so you see the most changes.
