8 WEEK CHALLENGE

I've made it my misson to teach other women what actually works since I was able to lose 92lbs and keep it off for over 4 years now. Back in 2009 after gaining 80lbs during my pregnancy I knew I wasn't where I wanted to be and I knew I was wasn't the person I once was now living inside of this 210lb body. I wanted more out of life and I wanted to be a mom my son could be proud of. I wanted to be able to have the energy to run around and play with him and more importantly I wanted to be HAPPY!
My job as your mentor is to provide you with the tools and steps you need to get started. While I cannot make you successful, I can provide you with the tools that will pave the way for your success. Your responsibility is to take these tools and apply them.
I offer all of these tools in an 8 week challenge. I've offered many types of challenges over the last 4 years and the time frame that gets the best results with the most consistency on the challengers part is around the 8 week mark. After that life happens and people either stick with it or get sidetracked and fall off. Just being REAL and TRANSPARENT with you here. I don't want you to get sidetracked and that's why I'm letting you know... It happens, so you can take the steps to avoid that.
Now if you've got a lot of weight to lose and you've completed the first 8 week challenge you are able to hang around for another 8 week challenge to get my help and support for a total of 16 weeks. This is also great because maybe you don't have much to lose and you only need to get in shape for that vacation coming up. Or maybe you've got over 100lbs. to lose then you just hangout with us longer while working on your goals. You choose how long you stick with the program.
Spots are limited because I want you to have success and I can't do that by allowing everyone in. Time just doesn't allow it. So check out the Available Dates Below to see what fits you best. I always start on MONDAYS. We have Weigh-Ins in the group on WEDNESDAYS. You get 1 TREAT MEAL a week. I go over all this with you in detail once you join so don't worry about it now. :)
