I give them the exact steps I follow to lose weight and keep it off for good. I create an experience for women where they feel comfortable and have a new found hope that they too can reach whatever goals they set for themselves.
When you join this 8 Week Shred. I will be your support system to make sure you are working out and eating properly. I will check in with you weekly through out the 8 weeks of your shred plan. You can ask me anything during these 8 weeks.
My whole goal is to find what works best for YOU and adapt the plan to your lifestyle. This is what will guarantee that you actually stick to the plan.
This is how I created my own weight loss success story because I was tired of hearing I had to eat just chicken and vegetables to lose weight because I'll be real with you, that wasn't happening. haha!
I will figure your Macros based on your own personal numbers. I will also give you my 21 day meal plan that has 44 recipes and 17 snack ideas. In this plan I use portion control so if counting macros sounds confusing then you don't have to worry about following that. Because you will still lose weight by using portion control. 3-6 oz. of this or 1/2c of that. Will be so easy to follow if Macros make you stressed.
