10 POUNDS CHALLENGE

I know you may have more than 10lbs. you want to lose but everything great starts by taking the first step. 

10 lbs. is achievable by ANYONE who is carrying extra body fat.  

When you feel like you have to lose 90 - 100 lbs. like I did, then it can get very overwhelming. 

That's why I created the
Lose 10 lbs. Challenge. 

If you have more than 10lbs you want to lose then you just repeat the process until you lose another 10 lbs. over and over again.
